is it bad if my cat swallowed salt water?
i took him to the beach yesterday and today i woke up and saw throw up i feel so bad

Not really unless he drank a lot of it. I he was throwing up then he probably got it out of his system.
I wouldn't be too worried.

Yes it is bad. That's why your cat threw up. Kitty's tummy knew it was bad and reacted. Now that the salt water is out of his system, he will be fine. You have nothing to worry about.

Your cat is okay.
Because of cats' ancestry and general lack of water in their original native habitat cats' bodies cat process water with a high concentration of sodium.
It is not good for them but cats can actually rehydrate themselves drinking salt water such as sea water - which would kill a human.
