taking prenatal vitamins avoiding smoking and drinking alcohol he should keep his balls cool (Avoid hottubs they kill sperm because of the heat) conceiving in a young healthy couple can take up to a year. So don't worry, but if it takes longer than that go to a fertility clinic. You can still be healthy and it just hasn't happened yet. But also a book or two on trying to conceive will help you. It'll tell you how to prepare your body like getting your immunizations and all that is important and what to avoid while pregnant and trying to conceive. Being on drugs to boost fertility can help you get pregnant faster but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are finding it difficult to conceive or if your periods aren't regular some of the drugs will help regulate them. Tracking your ovulation is also important. Going on the internet you can figure it out. Or in a book if you purchase one will help which I strongly recommend you get a book. This will help you through trying to conceive. Also getting a book on what to expect when your expecting before your pregnant isn't a bad idea either. Because when you do get pregnant you'll have it on hand and also reading it before you conceive can help tell you what to expect before your expecting. So you are better prepared. Good luck.

Many woman go through a cycle of mixed emotions. And some may worry about being able to get pregnant and have offspring of their own. However, there’s still hope for you and many other women facing this challenge. I found some really interesting information that will assist you as it did me. In ur last post didnt u say u were 16? And that u were going to drop out of school? So you are a high school drop out engaged at 16 and want to get pregnant ? If you really want a baby and wanted what was best for the baby you would continue ur education to be able to provide what the baby wants and needs. Babies dont get to choose their parents but parents should at least make the right decisions to make their children proud. I dont mean to judge because im pregnant and im 18, but i graduated from high school and I am continuing my education in college, and the baby is just motivating me even more to do better. Goodluck with that though.
