Was in the hospital. He said the person name , location of where he is . This person gave out prohibited info to the public. Is this a hippa violation ?

well if it's confidential information and there's a rule where you're not supposed to be giving out information like that, then yes.
you should report it, you don't know who he has on his facebook and giving out the location of his client could be potentially dangerous.
