probably marijuana is fat soluble so it stayes in the body for a while (3 days is normally not enough time for the thc to be exited completely out of the body in most cases) if you havnt smoked in a long time you tolerance/metabolism for marijuana is extremely low meaning the drug will stay in your body longer
