I don't know if there's a pattern to Frito Lay's hiring but in general, it's a bad idea to assume you have a job until you are offered the job.

Three interviews is a good sign but wait for the phone call.

I have been in delivery all my life and have never heard of these ride-alongs. I don't like the sound of it. Technically it is what is known as a working interview, but I have never seen it in delivery. It's like they are deciding who to hire based on something they see in the ride-along, but it is really no indication of how someone will be once they are hired.

Rarely eat Doritos and never heard of Frito Lays chips.

The guy told me I was not allowed to help him do any work during the ride along, that I was only suppose to watch per his supervisor
