Why is MW3 so bad online?

"LAG" is really bad now, and I don't mean where your fps drops, I mean how long it takes for the server to send the information that you just shot or got killed to all other computers in the match. You now have the ability to literally shoot 20 bullets and have the server send too late so you died technically before you shot.
