That system is a little on the "iffy" side. SATA II, USB 2.0, and LAN 10/100 are not, in my opinion, worth that price.
You should look for a system that has SATA III, USB 3.0, and 1Gb LAN.
Also, consider an SSD drive. If storage is not important, a 90Gb SSD drive will make your gaming experience very nice!

Seem like you never build your pc, so buying a prebuild one is better for you.
The price seem fair to me, considering they provide with win 7
To tell you the truth, the cpu is too much (FX6100 should be enough) and the gpu is rather outdated. I myself use 6850, and its a good gpu. Just not enough to max everything on battlefield 3. Its more wiser to use FX6100 and spend the extra money for better gpu.
Overall, the build is fair for prebuilded pc.

Seems good for the price, plenty of RAM, good sized hard drive, and decent graphics card. For $720, I'd say it's worth it, and you have the room to upgrade later if needed
Video review on the graphics card, people were commenting playing BF3 on it and it apparently still runs well:
