I am scared to throw up? How to get the courage?
I really hope someone understands how I feel. Please give me some tips. I recently realized that I am too fat. How do you get yourself to throw up by sticking your finger down your throat? I am scared to, so how do you get the courage? No negative comments please, for those who don't understand. If you don't agree with me, don't write anything. You are just going to make me feel worse.

You arent fat... I WAS BULIMIC!!! When you think it's only once, you get the temptation when you eat something else, then you do it again. And again... and again... again... So on!!! PLEASE DONT! And your parents will probably hear and get concerned... plus- your teeth will rot more quickly... and as my mom once said 'I may be fat, but you're ugly, b*tch. I can diet!' =]
Im so sorry for commenting... i love you though... and I dont want you to get addicted <3

I do not agree. Courage includes doing what isn't handy. Fear and trouble are special. Climbing the mountain is brave although you recognize you'll succeed in the summit. Rosa Parks was once a installed. She knew what was once going to occur and correctly instigated the disagreement. A few days earlier, yet another activist attempted the equal factor. That girl was once pregnant with an illegitimate little one, and was once no longer heralded as a hero due to the fact that she might have mirrored badly at the intent.

YOUR way is not always right, sweetie. I suffered from anorexia for three years and I purged for while, too. And I regret it....
It will rot your teeth since so much stomach acid comes up in to your mouth. Your gums will bleed. Your throat will become irritated and swollen. Your lips will become red. Your skin will get blotchy.
Now, is all of that s*** worth it to lose some weight?
Honey, I know how you feel. This is my tough love! I don't want you to go down the same miserable road that I did. Eating disorders aren't cool. They suck. They will RUIN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.
Take control NOW!
And please...
accept yourself for who you are and what you look like!

You said not to comment, but I'm going to comment. Believe me when I say that you will feel even worse if you become bulimic.
What will make you feel better is diet and exercise. If you eat healthy and exercise regularly you will feel better. It will take longer to get the desired results, but there will be no adverse effects on your body.
Wishing you the best!

As a note of caution, throwing up excessively can have a bad effect on your teeth. I bet you'd feel happier and more satisfied if you lost weight in a healthier way.

It doesn't help, trust me. You'll end up with gross breath, rotting teeth, a sore throat from the stomach acid, and you will be BLOATED. not thin. Just exercise and eat less, drink lots of water, and be patient. :)

Don't do it. You will rot your teeth and ruin your esophagus by throwing up, and not get the necessary nutrients to survive. You simply need to burn more calories than you take in, and you will lose weight.
