Pain in right chest that moves to heart?

Howdy there.

I keep having these sharp pains that feels like in starts on one side of my ribs, then moves into my arm, them comes back and moves into my heart. At the moment, it is settling just above the bottom of my ribs. I experience these pains at random times, but I pay more attention to them when I'm at home.

I'm a healthy, 18-year-old female who is at a healthy BMI and I walk on a regular basis.

Any explanations or suggestions?

Update:

Gastric pain does sound plausible, but I'm not sure it characteristically moves into the arm.

    check with doctor ... but it is not serious I think...but going to the doctor have no harm. atleast u stop thinking negative after that...
