How far along a person is isn't how long they have been pregnant it is how long since their last period.

You CAN still get pregnant if you have sex on your period(it's been proven) so there is a possibility. The odds are kinda on the side of no though since you have your period. And the cramps could just be period cramps. You might want to see a doctor.
