hi Emma,
First of all, you should be aware that Omegle and Chatroulette are very well known for sex offenses.
Second, don't tell the police, TELL YOUR PARENTS.
Your parents will have to call the police about it. The police are going to have to get your parents permission to see the chat conversation on your computer.
And if you are 12 years old, your parents probably don't even know that you go to un safe chat sites.
In fact children under 13 are not allowed to participate on Yahoo!Answers, facebook, Twitter, MySpace, formspring, etc.
Why? Because there a LAWS about underage children on the internet. Laws that are made to protect you.
^that being said, and given the fact that (in your other questions) you have mentioned that you were 13 and 14 (not sure which is actually the truth) .. I am going to recommend that you read my answer here:
