Is there a word for this?

Disliking somebody, but not willing to work to get rid of it.

Like if you don't like the dirty clothing on the floor, and you will complain about it, but you wont take the time to move the cloths into a pile or wash them.

    passive = not liking a person, but not doing anything to fix the relationship

    passive/agressive= disliking the person but keeping the relationship

    lazy, slob, irresponsible= not taking care of your personal chores
