No artist will even tattoo a child your age, so why waste 5 pts on this question? :/

It may seem like you know what you want at the age of 13, but as you grow and mature, your opinions and preferences change. Wait until you can go on your own without a parent to get a tattoo (whatever that age may be, usually 18) and if you still want it, then that would be something to think about at that age, not the age of 13. And yes, you will keep growing.

I don't think it would be a good idea. Here is why!
1) You may get married one day and want to take your husbands last name.
2) You will most likely change your mind when you get older and removal is painful and expensive.
3) I know you wont like it but you are most likely to immature to make this kind of decision at this age.
To Answer your questions about growing during puberty you wrist may grow larger and distorting your tattoo.
If you really want a tattoo take a permanent marker to your wrist and write your name there to see if you like it in a month or even care about it any more.

You'll probably keep growing. I would wait a couple of years until you've for sure slowed down, or your doctor says you have. My friend got a tattoo when she thought she was done growing, but it turns out she wasn't. Within a year it was just horrible. If you wait a little while, you'll be able to make a better decision on wether you want a tattoo at all, or what you want. If you have a lot of time to think about, you'll be less likely to do something you'll regret.

NO! I am also thirteen and as bad as a i want to get a pink breast cancer ribbon tattooed on me doesn't mean I will. Wait until you are older PLEASE, I'm begging you. Think about once you get married. And think about the pain! And all of you tattoos should have a meaning, not just "oh i'm gonna go to the tattoo shop because I feel like getting a tattoo today" as easily as buying a coffee at starbucks!'
Just wait until you are older, you might really regret it later in life.

I wouldn't, wait until 18 and you've had time to think about it. The reason being, that visible tattoos can REALLY hinder job opportunities in life. A girl at my work said she was turned down for a really great job because she had a tattoo on her wrist - she went home and cried for 4 days over it, because she's married and has bills to pay and could've really used that job.

I don't think you should as I got my last name tattooed on my wrist last year behind my parents backs by my friends brother (a professional tattoo artist). Right away I regretted it and got in lots of trouble from my parents. Since then I've had a few growth spurts and it was completely ruined, so earlier this I had to get it lazered off and it hurt a lot.

You're 13 and wanting to get a tattoo? You have to be atleast 16 in my state to get a tattoo, but just imagine when your 50, do you want to see that on you? I mean if you want it, go ahead, but I wouldent get a tattoo when im still a young adult. I would wait til im older.

You probably can't get a tattoo. Depending on where you live, it may be illegal for any tattoo parlor to give you one, even with parental permission. Call around to a few tattoo and piercing salons and ask them what the minimum age requirement is in your State.

Yes you will keep growing until you're atleast 18. Wait until you're 18 because as you grow your tattoo will stretch.
