Quick question for Hetalia fans...?
I feel a little pathetic asking this question as a Hetalia fan.
Are the nyotalia/fem versions of the characters and 2p characters canon?

Technically, yes. Since they were created by Himaruya, they're canon, even if they were just sketches. Either way, it was established that they exist. And as for Nyotalia, Estonia has actually interacted with the Nyotalia characters in canon.
However, while the 2p versions are canon, it is entirely fanon-based that they are the dark versions of the countries. Himaruya has not confirmed that they are anything more than different versions of the character designs. But it is highly suggested that 2p = dark!Hetalia because of Ameriko's baseball bat with nails sticking out of it and the red eye-coloring.

No. They've only been in sketches/pictures, not the actual manga, therefore they are not canon.
