Can I lose 6lb by doing this?

Mon- walk – abs

Tues- jog

Wed- butt – arms

Thur -jog – legs

Fri- abs

Sat- swim

Sun- chill

(as well as walking home form school on weekdays – 10-15 min and 2 hours of P.E-)

-At least 5 fruit or veg everyday.

-No more than one sugary or fatty thing a day

I'm 5'6 and 140lb. I have a wedding to go to so I'd like to lose at least 6lb or more.

Any tips?

    Google daily calorie intake and find a calculator to see how many calories you need. Cut this by 300 or 400 and keep doing your plan. You lose a pound for 3,500 cal deficit. Diet plus exercise, you are sure to get good results. Carbs, sugars, try and keep them in the AM. Fruits and vegs for supper/after supper. Five to seven smaller meals a day. Drink a lot of water.

    Fat loss is more about diet (what you eat) than exercise...

    Eat right and exercise and you should be able to lose 1 - 3 lbs/wk without too much struggle...just make sure you aren't skipping meals or restricting calories too low...your body needs fuel and under-eating just slows your metabolism...

    For your fruits/veggies...eat more veggies than fruit, and keep the fruit to the first half of the day if you can (due to the sugar)...lots of veggies, lean protein several times a day, and complex carbs (whole grain breads, brown rice, etc...avoid 'white' food)...also, healthy fats (avacados, nuts, etc) are good in small quantities...it's the unhealthy fats you should try to avoid completely if you can...

    well yes this is a great start. But depending on when the wedding is you might wanna walk for 3 days or more for 30 mins or so.

    if you have excess body fat to lose then you'll do it easily by doing what you're doing, but it may be harder if you haven't got much to lose. your body decides this i'm afraid, it's all to do with your genes and build. though, i've found zumba A M A Z I N G for losing and keeping off weight as well as maintaining a nice shape :)
