how do I send a direct twitter message to someone whos not following me?

Long and short of it, is I meet this girl the other day, and I really like her, and think she likes me too. Her friend gave me her twitter addy, but because of the privacy on both of our accounts, she cant see any comments I make, and she cant find me.

I know there are/were(?) various apps to send a direct message to a non follower, but don't know where to look or start.

Any help guys?

Also, I dont want to tag her in a comment or anything like that

    you cant it's impossible. The person has to be following you back. Imagine celebs getting dms every second from strangers

    Step 1Log into Twitter via way of way of the Twitter homepage. Step 2Browse to the Twitter direct messages inbox, or click the "Direct Messages" link indoors the real suited sidebar. Step 3Select the meant recipient's username from the drop-down menu. Step 4Compose your deepest message. make certain the message is stable, thinking the certainty which you will no longer substitute it as at as quickly as as you furnish it. click "replace" to furnish the direct message.
