How long should I wait after refilling a tiki torch with citronella fuel?

On the package it says to wait for the wick to saturate with fuel before lighting the tiki torch. How long do think it will take for the wick to be saturated with fuel?

    I will wash the fluid off my hands, open a cold beer, then light the torch.

    Now go drink a beer and relax.

    Just a minute or two. And once it lights, the heat from the flame will siphon the fuel up the wick and saturate it real good.
