I already have rub and will cold smoke it for 3 hours at 250 -275. After that, plan on wrapping in foil and finishing off in oven at 350. How long should it stay in and what internal temperature does it need to be when done? I read somewhere it was like 30 minutes per pound, but figured the Yahoo genius's would know for sure.

This is the same procedure I have used for brisket and they come out great. In Texas, if you can't fix a brisket, you are doomed!

Living in Dallas, we will have at least 100 days of temperature above 95 degrees. My job requires the vehicle to idle for 3 to 4 hours per day. I replaced fan clutch so the engine runs cool, but once the water temp get to about half way, and it is above 95 degrees, tranny fluid starts to leak out. I can drive down the street, and vehicle cools right down.

It has 100k miles and I feel certain the filter and fluid has never been changed. Well, I have replaced at least 15 quarts that have leaked out, but not the filter.When I drive back to the office and park, no fluid leaks on the ground.

Should I try and find a larger transmission cooler, or will a filter replacement do the trick.

Started working out about 4 weeks ago and once I started reading the labels on energy drinks, there sure seems to be a lot of sugar in these beverages. Is this in there for energy boost, or just to make it taste better? In a ll honesty, I would rather have a beer.

Original solid lifter and push rods were replaced on this bike. The current adjustable push rods jam nut came loose and rod is way out of adjustment. I can manually turn engine over so the hydraulic lifter is not bled down, but am not sure of the push rod adjustment length. Do not want to bend the rod or break the rocker arm by setting wrong adjustment.

I changed plugs and wires in my 93 Ford Ranger. Truck would not start when the temp outside dropped to 20 degrees. OK, I know that is nothing, but in Dallas the entire city shut down.

Used Duralast wires from Auto Zone and Champion plugs. Also changed the fuel filter. I put in 6 gallons of gas (tank was almost empty) and added 1/2 bottle of Lucas Injector cleaner.

The vehicle tries to die when I let off the gas, will only idle at 400-500 rpm, and sounds as if it is missing.

All wire connections have been rechecked and are secure.

Two different old mechanics said to go back and use Bosch plugs, but doubted the new wires were suspect.

Has 3.0 liter V-6, 85,00 miles.

Any help would be nice.

My salt water tank had a slow leak that penetrated the brick floor. I have tried to get the area wet, then use a plastic brush to loosen the salt, finally drying it up with a towel. This works fine for about 7 days, then the white salt returns. My wife is about to kill me.

I was driving my wife's vehicle and ran a red light. We get the ticket with a photo of vehicle in intersection. We go online and see the vehicle run the light.

The question is there is no way to tell who is driving. It could have been Santa Clause.

After installing a new battery, it would not turn motor over after a few weeks. Put it back on 1.5 amp trickle charger and juiced it back up. Same thing happened again. Recharged battery, checked voltage with bike at 2000 rpm and with bike not running. When running, it was reading less than when off. Tested generator, and it is putting out current.

I checked with 4 or 5 places and find prices from a low of $25.00 to high of $125 for a voltage regulator. What would be the difference in one brand than another. Hey, the bike is a boat anchor and will only beat something that has less than a 250cc motor, so high performance is not a reqirment.

My oldest kid was stupid enough to let his brother tat him up with his new gun.The first five black tattoo's he did on his buddies were fine. Proper sterilization and techniques were used, brand new needles, none of them shared.

He used Mothers Ink. All the colors are being rejected and the site looks bad.

Truck has 165k miles on original clutch so this repair is not unexpected. I know this is too much of a project for me to bite off. Will replace clutch while everything is apart. V-6 engine, 5 speed manual. I live in Dallas Tx.

I have the opportunity to pick up a couple of bikes left at a shop for the cost of the repair bill. They have been sitting there for at least 36 months. No one knows where the owner is and phone number on invoice is disconnected. The last thing I want is to get these beauties only to never be able to sell them legitimately.

Being a guy from Texas who defines a great meal as grilled ribs, brisket and cheese grits, my knowlege of vodka is limited.

I had a sample of "Rated X" vodka liquer. There were a few flavored varietys that were quite tasty. The woman spokes person touted the fact that this product was filtered 7 times.

I would have thought if you did not get the problem resolved by the third filtering, you must be using the wrong element size. The K&N oil filters I use on our race bikes work great and I never have to filter more than once.

Please help me broaden my horizons. I may have to meet with the president one day and need to be prepaired.

I have a known leak under slab and want to shut water off while we are at work and asleep.Last months gas bill was over $100 more than it ever has been in the last 10 years, same for the water.

It will be at least 3 weeks before repair can be made.

Question is where do I drain / flush slave cylinder?

Of course, the owner does not have a manual.

I will pick one up next week if required.

Now I must got tend to the ribs on the grill and pop a top on a cold one.
