How to get salt water stains off a brick floor.?

My salt water tank had a slow leak that penetrated the brick floor. I have tried to get the area wet, then use a plastic brush to loosen the salt, finally drying it up with a towel. This works fine for about 7 days, then the white salt returns. My wife is about to kill me.

Use Muratic Acid and a stiff brush with plenty of water. Do not pressure wash. Muratic Acid now comes in safer, Green mixtures with a lower fume output. Hardware stores and building supply centers carry this. Use plenty of ventilation and safety gear when using this stuff.

before i used muriatic inside my house i would give the floor a good wet mopping and vacuum up the standing water before the salts get a chance to dry again...if that doesnt work try surekleen 600 before you buy muriatic...
