get current rims chromed or just get a new set?

i have a set of Magnum 500 rims and i'm wondering if it would be cheaper to get them chromed or just get new ones. i currently have a set of 3, they've all been painted over and one looks like the chrome underneath the paint is ok so it may only be a matter of getting the paint off, but the other 2 have no chrome at all and are slightly rusted(i'm sure it could be sanded off easily enough). and i found a 4th rim on kijiji that's pretty much mint condition. so would anyone know approximately how much it would cost to get get chrome put on the 2 that don't have chrome?

btw, the cheapest set of new Magnum 500s i can find is around $1500, so if the chrome would be cheaper than that i'd obviously go that way instead of just getting a new set.

and another question: would it cost less to just get part of the rims chromes instead of the whole rim since i want them to be like this http://www.specialtywheel.com/media/catalog/produc...

A good substitution for Magnum 500 rims are the rims that were available for the 99 to 03 Jeep Wrangler. They're very similar and you can get refurbished ones for about $125 a piece. 15x7
