What sorts of clothes for a tour of Europe?

I'll be traveling to Germany in the fall (October) to tour Europe with an old friend / new flame.

I'll be 20, I'm short and thin and have long brown hair. I want clothes that are comfortable and functional but stylish and flattering at the same time. And I need some incredible dresses to wow this guy.

Any suggestions on stores or styles or trends that could help me would be awesome.

Thanks :)

Check the weather report for October 2011 to compare with October 2012.

They wear the same clothes for USA October month.

How much do you want to spend, meaning do you have a budget? You can spend as much as $100, to $10,000.

You can 'wow' any guy not from a price tag, but from shopping @ stores like TJ Maxx, Marshall's, Neiman Marcus, or vintage shops.

You can look like a million-dollar without spending a million bucks. Even millionaires shop @ Target, Walmart, Kmart. ~ Forbes.

Coco Chanel once said: "Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street; fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening." But for the British consumer making such a date with vibrant colour is perhaps a bigger ask than in other international markets. "The English people are quite afraid of colour," said Rowley. "There is a lower-middle-class timidity about attitudes to it. There have been times when wearing sombre colours was a way to seem like a serious and intellectual person."
