How do you get a 400-lb. bathtub back into a bathroom without damaging the new tiles and walls?
To get it out, the men had to turn it one side first, and stand it on one end.

A home made furniture-moving dolly made out of a piece of thick plywood and rubber-tired casters would be a real help. My husband and I did the same thing with an antique 6-ft. cast-iron clawfoot tub using 2 home made dollies. Had to stand it on end to get it down the hall and into the bath, then lay it down on a larger dolly to get it into positon and put the feet on it. Scary, but do-able.
