How to quit your job over the phone?

I know it's not the best way to quit a job, but I'm very shy and really didn't enjoy my experience working with the store, so I'd rather do it this way. And I wont be looking to them for a refference.

I've only been working there 2 weeks, and there really isn't anything I enjoy about it.
I don't think their management is proper, and they're just unfair.
In my most recent shift, as a very new employee, I had to be incharge of doing everything in the store, while the other 7 staff members there that day got to be part of a visual training thing.
I was on with 1 other girl who was just as new as me, and she couldnt even do cash.
It was just too stressful and they weren't helpful, always just criticial.
I am not going to go back to work there.

So what do I say?

This is how the adult world works.  It is not fair.  It is stressful.  So how will you handle this in the future?  Quit?  

Every job you have will have has to be accounted for in the future.  So that means if you don't work for a period of time, your grandma had better be really sick.

Sorry to hear that, well call and tell them how you feel and why you feel its not fair and that you decided that its best to not return back , they can't force you . and hope you have direct check deposit this way you don't have to see them face to face lol.. good luck friend : )

Just be honest and tell your boss that you have quit your job and you won't be back, and send your check(if they owe you anything) to your home.
