Right, it just came across as you were trolling for compliments. Or boasting about yourself. As for the girl thing, tell them you're gay, it's easy.

just take them out and be yourself. Girls love gay guys for some reason. When they offer you a bj at the end of the night, close your eyes really tight and pretend its a dude.

This should not be happening at work. Just tell them that you don't socialize in the workplace. And you shouldn't. I always expected eight full hours of total concentration on the job from my employees. I'm sure your boss expects the same from you. (He knows he's not getting it from the women!)
