Does anyone remember this movie?
I'm trying to recall a horror movie I saw in the 1980's. Can't remember the name. It was about this group of people, I think stranded on an Island with a crazed killer. The killer, years before, had been stranded at sea with his wife and son and went mad. He ended up killing and eating his wife and son. Now he is preying upon this unsuspecting group. One girl in the group reads tarot cards and tells people futures. Another in the group is a doctor who ends up being the hero by killing the killer by striking him with an axe in the end. Does anyone remember the name of this movie?

It is one of my favorites, the italian movie "Antropophagus" (1980) directed by Joe D'Amato.
Plot from IMDb: Tourists take a boat to a remote island, where they find that most of the people have disappeared, and something is stalking them. They find a hidden room in the big mansion on a hill, and an ancient diary, which gives them clues to the source of the terror.
