Nope, because Stalin wasn't a part of the master race. Not like us superior blue eyed blondes (j/k, but no, they really wouldn't have).

On the matter of "socio-political truth" -- Stalin led a nation dedicated to Internationalism - with a "messianic" belief in the brotherhood of all mankind and a political goal to make that brotherhood a reality under the benevolent guidance of Stalin's regime.
In contrast, Hitler led a party dedicated to enslaving the "lower races" of the world to the superior German race.
On the Jews -
While Stalin seems to have had a personal dislike for Jews, it seems to have been a pragmatic antisemetism with exceptions -- much like that of Nixon - and both megalomaniacs were happy to surround themselves with smart Jews.
On the other hand, Hitler saw Jews as a demonic race and held it a moral/religious duty to exterminate them.

As early as 1925, Hitler suggested in Mein Kampf that he would invade the Soviet Union, asserting that the German people needed Lebensraum and that these should be sought in the East. National-socialist racial ideology cast the Soviet Union as populated by "Untermenschen," ethnic Slavs ruled by their "Jewish Bolshevik" masters.

No, Hitler hated Slavic peoples.
Soviet Communism and Fascism are different in one major way, Fascism would say of communism that it is too narrowly focused on labor and wealth, fascism is about bringing EVERYTHING not wealth/labor into the state's concern. Things like your health, your genetic health, if you dont live up, you die, or are sterilized.
