Naruto Vs Luffy, anime Lovers!?

Ok so lets say we go to the point where both animes are now. (Fk the manga, if I wanted to read I would do my University recommended readings).

Let me point out some things before we begin the debate.

1) Both animes are on a similar level in terms of power. Bringing in anime's like DBZ where super sayains and pink bloob monsters can destroys planets with ease, it is hard to imagine anyone other anime (except maybe tenga toppa gurren lagaan with robots that throw galaxies at each other) matching up to it. How is luffy or naruto meant to fight against Goku at super sayan 4 who can destroy a planet with ease.

2)Sure we have some characters that certainly seem like they could destroy the planet (with great effort), like white beard in onepiece who Sengoku said "had the power to destroy the world", but even so was not able to completely destroy marineford, and we have characters in naruto that are trying to destroy/enslave the world like Madara Uchia, or the sage of the six paths who created the FRIGGING MOON. Either way, both these anime's seem to be on an even playing field now heres the question.

Who wins, Luffy or Naruto. Loving both Anime equally I can remove my bias but still cannot determine who would win, but I wanna hear your (well reasoned) opinion on who wins! Remeber these few things.

Luffy: He has the durable rubber body, he has the willpower and he has the dream to be king of the pirates. He would be naturally immune to most punches and kicks thrown by anyone but any shuriken or kunai would deal some serious damage against this rubber man. His haki would be on par with narutos sage mode with 1 exception, the conquerors haki (Haōshoku Haki). While this haki alone won't be able to subdue a man of naruto's will, naruto, being without haki, would probably suffer some minor damage constantly, struggling under luffy's influence. He is pure hearted and is oblivious to the woes of women (unlike naruto). If naruto ever tried his sexy jutsu this rubber man would take no notice and clobber the sexified naruto's. He has geer 2 and 3 which speed him up and add strength to his attacks many times over.

Naruto: He has the chakra, he has the demon fox, and he has the dream to be number one ninja in his village (and lets face it, the world). While he may not have a Kekkei Genkai (bloodline limit) he has the will of fire. His sage mode is no laughing matter. Just like haki he reduces the damage he feels by armouring himself with nature chakra and can deal extra damage just like with haki in this mode. He can sense all those around him and his frog kumite would be a great technique against close combat fighters. Now controlling the 9 tails chakra he is well on the way of being a perfect jichuriki and using this chakra would probably make him as fast as narutos gear 2. Both are techniques that take tolls on their bodies.

Overall it seems like a tie. What naruto lacks in pure physical speed and power (like narutos gatling gun in gear 2 which seems insanely fast), naruto makes up in variety of techniques (luffy being limited to just punching and kicking while naruto has a variety of jutsu like shadow clone, replacement technique, rasengan and being able to throw the wind shuriken.
