DOnt rush into it...I have 3 kids and wouldnt trade them in for the world, but there are so many things that I wish I would have done before having them, like traveling. When its meant to happen, it will. In the mean time enjoy the luxuries of being childless

Way, way too young to be practical. How are you going to provide for the kid? (Or, if you have family money, why don't you want to see the world first?)
If the health issue is truly a concern, you can have some sperm/eggs frozen now and use them later. Your future kid with thank you for having waited to provide him a more stable home.

When are you gettting your home?, I would say get married have a month or so to have fun as newly weds, then get your home sorted an once thats sorted, ie decorating gettting into routines everything having its own place etc then start trying for a child
