I had an ECG and an EKG, both came back normal, but i'm still having pains in my left arm?

Yeah, i do suffer from bad anxiety. I had a test a few months ago and they said everything was normal, but i'm really scared right now. I'm short of breath and i'm panicking. The doctors couldnt've been wrong, right?

Update:

I'm 16 btw. i'm 8 stone and i smoke often, quitting next month though, cant take anymore of this.

Update 2:

No one in my family that i know of has had any heart problems.

    As mentioned above, a second opinion would really help here. However, panicking about this won't help either :-)
