Need help getting money from mom?

Here's the thing. She has twelve 2 dollar bills. Twenty-four dollars. She never uses them so I'm trying to convince her to let me have them. Everytime I ask for them she asks me why and I tell her that she keeps holding onto it instead of using it so she should give to me instead. It hasn't worked at all. Any ideas that I could use to get her to give them to me would be appreciated.

    find out in which topic she is so interested to do entertain then tell her about it nicely that increase her

    excited power and try to take that money for that topic's expenses.

    she is surely keeping it for some reason and even if u want u must tell her the reason why u want them, only then u can get that.
