Are the judges in the U.K out of touch with the fears and anger of the people?
Zareen Ahmadzai fought in Afghanistan for three years with the Taliban using automatic weapons and rocket launchers,he then landed up in the U.K seeking asylum which was denied,he appealed and was denied again and in a camp awaiting deportation and guess what,he was allowed to appeal again and good old Judge Jonathan Perkins decided his life was in danger from the Taliban and granted him asylum.Now you would think after the nonsense regarding Abu Qatada,Abu Hamsa and other menaces to a peaceful society the Judge would have had the sense to kick him out and save the tax payer money,is it time for a review on the Judges and rights of asylum seekers to keep on appealing and taking up space.
Sandrea,his asylum seeker has the potential to train radicals in the west and should have been considered a security threat,he should have been deported so I feel he is lying through his teeth,its an Islamic thing.
Horse,the west seems blinded to the potential threat for militant Islam,Obama phoned Mohamed Morsi to congratulate his on becoming the Muslim Brotherhood president elect,is Obama losing the plot or is he a secret Muslim,then we have idiots like William Hague also congratulating Mohamed while banging on about democracy,equal rights for all and peace in the middle,is he in touch with reality,I don't think so,he was all for helping the Taliban/Muslim Brotherhood backed overthrow in Libya,was the U.K and the U.S stupid they did not realise they were supporting Islamic militants who are an enemy of the west.
Trick,someone has to kick the Muslims into touch,they bang on about Islamophobia,so what is their problem,they are anti-Jewish,anti-western so if they don't like people telling them where to get off,then tough,these maniacs kill and claim they did it for Allah,get them out of the west before there is real bloodshed.

But its the fault of various governments isnt it for allowing the loopholes to stay, the laywers and the judges use to set these people free.
If the government were to tighten the law up they would not have a leg to stand on.But do they want?

It certainly seems that judges are out of touch with the thoughts of the majority of people.The ludicrous sentences that most of them hand out have helped make a mockery of the British judicial system !

Asylum is given to people who if they return to their native country their life would be at risk. It is important to note that judges are not stupid people and we are not privilege to the entire case file where the judge who granted the asylum is and therefore it is vital that we do not criticise the judge as I am certain that he must have had a completing reason to make is decision.
Just maybe if we knew the entire case and not just the bias and emotive aspects of the information that we are given we may have come to the same conclusion.
