I need sleeping pills for Airplane. What do you suggest?

I am going on a 6 hour plane ride and I get impatient on long airplane/car rides.

I need a sleeping pill that will help me sleep through the flight, and hopefully not make me grouchy for rest of the day.

i am 17 so please recommend something that can be used for my age..

what do you guys recommend... does anyone know good sleeping pills or something that will help me sleep almost the entire flight?

Update:

im looking for over the counter stuff.

There weren't transportable DVDs while my daughter grow to be flying with me from the Midwest to Europe years in the past. surprising theory there. in case you have not offered it for her, supply it as a marvel, and make particular that's charged. Her well known action picture of path and an extremely comfortable set of ear telephones. Umm.. your daughter will placed on those, top? additionally, verify to verify how long the can charge will carry on the DVD participant. you will not have the flexibility to recharge in flight or, probable, on the airport. We made it a undertaking to purchase a clean marvel toy on each leg of the holiday. So my daughter gained the full Aladdin set on a visit to Florida, a diverse Disney toy on a visit to Europe, and yet yet another on yet yet another holiday to Texas. They have been all interchangeable, Aladdin with splendor and the Beast... She had a blast and stored herself occupied.
