Is this an anxiety attack?
So when I talk to someone who hurt me in the past, my heart starts beating really fast, I kind of get a stomachache that kinda goes up into my throat, I start shivering as if I'm freezing cold, And i get freezing cold. And sometimes its difficult to breathe. Is this an anxiety attack?

Well i wouldn't go so far as to call it an anxiety attack bc you know exactly what's triggering it. But it is a type of panic attack, Anxiety attacks can come from no where but they are more probable in a social setting. Mine are embarrassing and I have to take Xanax which is a quick fix for those of us who have these episodes most everyday. If it does get worse and happens more frequently then you should bring it up to your doctor if this is the only time this happens try to avoid the person making it happen.
