What large U.S. banks issue Master Card ATM cards?
I am moving abroad were there are alot of areas that only have ATM machines that accept Master Card. I have always used Visa by default as that was what my bank PNC issues me. I don't know anything about Mastercard. What big banks like PNC issue Master Card?

For years I had Master card with Bank Of America. Now I use smaller banks
and only have Visa credit and debit cards. Just a phone call to each bank will
get that answer for you. You will know in 15 minutes. Also you might consider
using a local bank abroad - for lower fees.
