Toronto ticket prices range from around $50 to around $450. Montreal starts at about $30 and goes just as high as Toronto ($450 at the ice).
Buffalo starts at about $25-30, and goes to about
$300 at the glass.
Where to get them? Depends on each team. Toronto you'll definitely want to buy from ticketmaster. You'll pay a fair bit more on stubhub since Leaf seats are so tough to get. You'll pay around $25 more for cheap seats if you buy Leaf tix from stubhub. For Montreal you should probably buy from the box office, but buying off of stubhub wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. You'll probably pay $5-10 above face value for cheap seats.
Buffalo either way, except for premiere games (ie Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Boston). You should buy from the box office for those, otherwise you'll see a steep increase in price.

You should get tickets online , they have the best deals. Some people get them as gifts and don't use them. Some people have season tickets. I've been there twice (bell centre) and it cost my dad 200$ an 140$ a person. Not bad at the desjardins area which is free food buffet. Depends really , up at the ceiling it's like 50-70ish dollars. Beside the glass it's around 350$
