What's this style of wedding dress called?

i really like the style of this skirt but i don't know what its called. its like that rufly poofy sorta thing.

    I don't think it's very particular, just puffy ruffled style. The first is and A-line puffy styled taffeta mermaid dress, and the second is ruffled, empire waist styled.

    Most dresses are defined by the top of the dress which these are corset or mermaid styles (more corset as a mermaid fits a bit closer to the body). The bottom is a balloon skirt, different from a ball gown as usually a ball gown has more tulle and is more poufy like a 50's prom dress.

    The first is a dropwaist, fit and flare style. The second is a ball gown. The detail on the skirts is calle 'pick ups'.

    first is kinda of mermaid style/drop waist dress and the second is an A line.
