Fever and rash after immunization?
Hello all.
I'm 17 years old, and yesterday I received three shots: hep A, meningitis, and chicken pox, one in either deltoid and one sort of on the side of my right arm.
Today at the site of the shot on the side of my arm I have a puffy rash. I also have a slight fever (hovering at just below 100F).
Is this normal?

Yes it is normal, your body thinks it is fighting off an infection which doesn't exist, which is why you have a fever. But if you don't improve, go see a doctor.

Yes very normal. Immunizations could cause you to actually contract the illness in a less aggressive form since the shot is just a weakened strand of the virus being injected so that your immune system could recognize the virus attack and learn how to defend against that strand of virus so if you experience symptoms of one of the diseases that is the disease not having been fought by the immune system yet.
