You need acting classes, and experience.

Audition for every local play that you can, and try to find indie/student films if possible.

Most agents won't accept someone without any experience or training, but if one does, then that's great for you.

You can look up agents on the SAG website.

You seem like a minor, so you better make sure your parents are in this with you.

Without their permission, you can't act.

Sure, get professional training at an accredited drama school - without professional credits it's the only other way to interest a proper agent.
