Which party hates the constitution?

Corporations hate the constitution and corporations run the country.

Both parties fail. Republicans who are all about "states rights and voter rights" keep raiding medical marijuana facilities in California (local republican governments petition the DEA to come in) which the people of California voted to legalize with a medical reccomendation and Obama lets it keep happening, even though he said he would stop the raids in 2009.

Actually, both sides have been in support of Constitutional violations.

People need to start understanding that in today's America there is no left or right, D or R. America needs to look at the individuals as individuals, not always as a group.

I wouldn't be too quick to be running a victory lap if I were you. America may never be the same and sometime in the future someone in congress will pass an invasive law that Liberals won't like and they will have nobody to blame but themselves.
