It is not a perfect translation. It is an old text, with old word so I have made it slightly more moderm.
This morning I observed a wild neger ridding on a Velociped(An old kind of bike) that he had presumeally stolen. I stopped the wild heathen and yelled "That is my Velociped". I was not afraid but threatened him with my fist. In the end he gave me the Velociped.
