i eat a lot of dry roasted peanuts do they do any harm?

If they are salted you should eat them in moderation or switch blanched or raw peanuts.

Not at all, in fact, peanuts are a very good source of protein and vital oils needed in our diet. Dry roasted peanuts, however, compared to plain monkey nuts contain more salt and sugar in their flavouring.
As long as we aren't talking bags here, they will do no harm and are delicious! A handful or so each day are fine.

Well, nuts are very fatty and oily so they might make you gain weight, and also give you pimples, so it's best not to eat them in large quantities. If they give you headaches or a dry throat its best to stop eating them so much, as you could have a nut allergy. On the whole, nuts are quite healthy is small doses and a great source of protein.

Do you know that peanuts are not in fact not nuts , but legumes . the bean family .
