you don't need the "the"
"the" isn't being really specific to anything....
if u use "the"... you can only mention ONE THING
like:
what I like the most is hot dogs
NOT
WHat i like the most is french fries, hot dogs, chips, cars etc
but all in all it should ok if u use both
