can u get in trouble for making a facebook page of somone?
my freind made a fake fb of someone and was talking all this **** pretending to be that person but they deactivated. so how do they take further steps to make the page not be tracecd or whatever.. do the police really investage stuff like that>?

First of all you should be ashamed that you even want to create a Facebook page and talk **** about them! So don't do it if you know its wrong and it could be traced..

That is illegal. First of all using someone else's photos without permission is copyright infringement. If they also used the person's name, that is invasion of privacy and impersonation. If they posted anything untrue about the person that is defamation and libel. All of which can be taken to court and your friend can get into serious trouble
As long as the person she pretended to be did not make copies of the actual page and the posts your friend should be fine as there is now no proof. But if they did print out pages where your friend posted the fake profile and posted untrue things they can file a police report and the police can get a court order to subpoena Facebook to release the details of the person who set up the account
