I speak English, not Aramaic, so I say "God". If I were Spanish I would say "Dios". But I'm not Spanish, either.

There have been very many dialects and variations of the Aramaic language over a period of thousands of years. There is not one way to say "God" in Aramaic.

According to the Bible, Jesus said the word "God" in Aramaic using the pronunciation, "Eli" (in English, the proper pronunciation of that word would be roughly "ell-eee"). The dialect of Aramaic spoken by first-century Judaeans is almost certainly not spoken by any group of people in modern times.
