Something came out of my rear?

Okay i was sitting in the kitchen eating white beans fried shrimp pickled okra and cheddar cheese pie with a tall glass of buttermilk, then my rear made a noise and there was terrible smell, what is this i cant figure it i never smelled such a foul smell in my life it smells like a skunk died

    Go to the bathroom and pull down your pants and underwear.

    Is there a brown substance in it?
