Will my male cat help raise his kittens?

I have two cats one female and one male, the female cat just had her kittens and i was wondering if he will help care for them. he's a very affectionate cat and he cares a lot about the female cat, he used to give another kitten that we had babysat baths and would hug her and he barely knew her, but he saw her as his child basically, and also the way he is with my female cat is like truly a love story lol. Will he help her?

He can start raising the kittens if he chooses to. By raising I mean letting them sleep with him and grooming them himself. But that's ony if he likes the kittens.

I have a friend who has a male house cat. Se also has a cat that lives on the roof? But the roof cat had kittens and wouldn't take care of the runt, so se brought the runt inside. Her older male cat took care of it like it was his, only cuz he liked the kitten.

So I guess it is possible.

My cat had kittens, and always attacked the male cat when they went near the kittens.:P Once, my cat Turtle was lying in the box while our female was having her kittens, and grooming her. That cat later had 2 replicas of Turtle... Turtle would always watch us closely when we held the kittens, too, so I think the cats know they're their kittens, and will protect them, but I'm not sure about loving them as much as the mother?

The Mother Alone Raises The Kittens, You Would only need to feed her and the male until the kittens get old enough to start feeding too.

NO the mom can take care of them on her own she doesn't need any help. They're animals they do they're business and that's it!
