I believe it is Gliese 581g, at just 20 light years away. Although it is still disputed as to whether it actually exists or not, if it does, then it is definitely in the Gliese planetary system's Goldilocks zone, and has roughly 4 times the mass of the Earth.

Kepler 22-B. 600 light years away from Earth orbiting around Sun like G-type dwarf star Kepler-22 in habitable zone.
Observed by NASA's Kepler team in 2009, declared in Dec-2011.
