They are correct there isn't much u can do only a couple days or so in advance really except excercise and drink a lot of water.. Event that probably won't work niacin does work if u can obtain it .. but it is bad for u and not really something u can find lying around the crib.. Or covienient stores. Red bull and energy drinks mite help as well they have niacin in them but safe amounts and other beneficial vitamins and extracts.. Remember thc sticks to far cells so avoid fastfood and other unhealthy foods and drinks water, mineral water, juices, like prune juice, and other stuff like that is what u need and like I said u really don't have enough time to make sure you are clean but if u follow the advice it mite work depending on your weight and body fat,well good luck btw with future drug tests if u are a healthy and activeeee person just don't smoke the two weeks before at all and drink plenty of water in between ur wait, if u are let's say chubby u mite as well quit til the whole thing is over and they stop the drug tests if your that worried about gettin locked up or grounded lol I know how hard it is especially if u smoke for the medical benefits.. But if u jst do it for fun.. Come on man quitting a while won't hurt I'm 20 been smoking since 11 and I've had to quit for months at a time and had no prob.
