Organizing cleaning supplies....do you do it?

Sometimes it's hard to keep track of all the different cleaning supplies when stored under the sink. Having a bucket or one of those bucket-type things with a handle where you carry items in helps.....but I'm thinking>>how about taking one of those over- the- door, plastic see-through shoe storage racks and filling each compartment with a cleaning item. Could hold a lot and you'd be able to see them right away---even those seldom-used items.

Just think: window cleaner, Lysol spray, multi-purpose cleaner, floor cleaner, oxy-clean, furniture polish, disinfecting wipes, shoe polish, kitchen de-greaser, even microfiber cloths and magic erasers all in one spot!....no bending, no stooping to search and find. Having a bucket stored in the closet will help you to put just those needed items in when you're about to use them.

Update:

Anne...many of us do carry many various products...there are things like "suede cleaner or spray", furniture stain for scratches, shoe polish, toothpaste to plug up nail holes in walls, goo/glue remover, swiffer duster mop/refills, carpet cleaning solution or spot lifter, WD-40 for a ton of uses, even bug spray, cleanser,....and so many other various products. So for those who keep a well-equipped stock of cleaning supplies....this idea of using a shoe organizer hanging on a closet certainly keeps it organized without any stooping & bending for those who find it diffcult to do. Vinegar & baking soda do not serve all purposes....and sometimes even fall short. This idea is for those who have a lot of things to keep sorted...and at hand ;D.

Organizing cleaning products is about one of my favorite things to do.

    Your idea sounds great.
