Outlook Express _ new email arrival sound?

I have set new mail arrival in Outlook express, but sound does not play when new email arrives. I have checked speakers and all others works okay except new email arrival warning sound.

Do you have any suggestion?

Dear Pachhu, I have done all below steps already:-

1. Open Outlook Express.

2. Go to the Tools menu

3. Click on Options.

4. Make sure the General tab is selected.

5. Check the "Play sound for new messages" box to hear when you have a new message.
